Terms and Conditions

Effective June 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website (LivelyLimitlessSmiles.com) and your purchase of a ticket to and attendance at the event Bridging Science and Spirituality with Dr Sweta Adatia and Monica Singhal, taking place in Los Angeles, California on July 22, 2026 (the "Event"), presented by Happy Lively Events ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket or attend.

Please read the medical disclaimer and the assumption of risk and release sections carefully. They affect your legal rights.

1. The Event

The Event is a live, in-person educational and well being program lasting approximately three hours, followed by a hosted vegetarian dinner. It features presentations and guided experiences from the speakers. Schedule, content, speakers, and venue are described on this site and may be updated as set out below.

2. Educational purpose only. Not medical advice.

The Event is provided for general educational, informational, and well being purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

Although Dr Sweta Adatia is a qualified neurologist, she participates in the Event as an educational speaker only. Nothing said or presented at the Event creates a doctor-patient or other professional relationship between you and any speaker or between you and us. The meditation, breathing, mantra, energy, and related practices shared by Monica Singhal and others are complementary well being practices and are not medical or psychological treatment.

The Event does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical or psychological condition. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something presented at the Event. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911.

3. No guarantee of results

Any references to outcomes, benefits, transformation, or improvements in health, wealth, relationships, or well being are illustrative and aspirational. Individual results vary and depend on many factors outside our control. We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that you will achieve any particular result from attending the Event.

4. Eligibility

The Event is for adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket and to attend. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18.

5. Your health and participation

Some portions of the Event may include guided meditation, breathing exercises, gentle movement, sound, or other experiential practices. Participation is voluntary, and you should only take part to the extent that is comfortable and safe for you.

If you are pregnant, or have any cardiac, respiratory, neurological, psychiatric, or other medical condition, or any concern about your ability to participate safely, consult your physician before attending and before taking part in any practice. You are responsible for stopping or sitting out any activity at any time. By attending, you confirm that you are participating of your own free will and that you are physically and mentally fit to do so.

6. Assumption of risk and release

You understand that attending a live event and taking part in experiential practices involves inherent risks, including the risk of physical or emotional discomfort or injury. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Happy Lively Events, the speakers (including Dr Sweta Adatia and Monica Singhal), the venue, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or relating to your attendance at or participation in the Event, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, or where such a release is not permitted by law.

7. Tickets, pricing, and payment

Ticket prices are shown in US dollars and are offered in tiers (for example Early Bird, Regular, and VIP), subject to availability. Applicable taxes and processing fees may apply. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is confirmed when payment is successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email. We may limit the number of tickets per person and may correct pricing errors.

8. Refunds, transfers, cancellation, and postponement

9. Admission and conduct

A valid ticket is required for entry, and we may ask for identification. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or remove from the Event, any person who is disruptive, intoxicated, unsafe, or in breach of these Terms or venue rules, without a refund. Please arrive on time, as late entry may not be possible once the program begins. You agree to follow all instructions of Event and venue staff.

10. Changes to the Event

We may make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, speakers, format, or venue. If a speaker is unable to appear, we may provide a substitute of comparable standing. We will communicate material changes by email to the address used at checkout. A change of speaker, time, or format is not on its own grounds for a refund outside the refund policy above.

11. Photography, video, and recording

The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded by us or our partners. By attending, you consent to being included in such photographs and recordings and to our use of them for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes, without compensation. You may not photograph, record, stream, or reproduce the program, presentations, or materials for any public or commercial use without our prior written consent.

12. Intellectual property

All content presented at the Event and on this website, including presentations, slides, materials, recordings, text, graphics, logos, and the names and marks of Happy Lively Events, Limitless Brain Lab, and the speakers, is owned by us or our partners and is protected by law. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.

13. Food and dietary information

A vegetarian meal and refreshments are provided. While we will try to accommodate dietary needs you tell us about in advance, we cannot guarantee that food is free from any particular allergen or from cross-contact. If you have a serious allergy, please contact us before the Event, and use your own judgment about what you consume.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Happy Lively Events or the speakers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Happy Lively Events, the speakers, and the venue from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your conduct at the Event, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

16. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, illness or public health measures, government action, strikes, utility or venue failures, or other emergencies. In such cases, the cancellation and postponement terms above will apply.

17. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Event or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us in good faith to try to resolve the matter.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Event. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, and the effective date at the top shows when these Terms were last changed.
